Our Experience in Sales and technical support gives us an edge when it comes to order fulfillment, customer support, and shipping. We offer the Fulfillment by TSV as a separate service. Designed to cut the cost in terms of shipping to you and the burden of managing the inventory, handling customer service and shipping the orders to your customers.
project flow and cost
After you have submitted a rough sketch of the project and your desired specifications ( Material, Functionality). We will proceed to put the design into CAD. We will require a deposit of $100 USD which is non-refundable but will be deducted to the final cost of the project. The prototype cost is separate from this.
Once the design has been submitted and finalized, we will require a payment for the production and shipping of the prototype. Our technical team will work on the design using CAD and proceed with the production of the prototype for testing.
Project cost will depend on multiple factors such as but not limited to: design, functionality, materials and packaging. All projects must meet the minimum order quantity of 100 units.
Production time will depend on the quantity of the product and the current workload of our production facility.
The cost of packaging for the finished product depends on the design, quality and the materials that would be used. This is a separate cost for the project.
Shipping will be thru our partner Courier DHL. Cost of shipping will depend on your country and the total volumetric weight of the shipment and is separate from the project cost. We will provide you with a quotation beforehand.
Should you avail of our Fulfillment Service. We will manage your inventory, take care of quality control and customer support, packaging and shipping of your product with your brand’s label on the package. Contact our support team for further inquiries.
